[bisq-network/roles] Transifex Admin (#20)

Before latest post, I assumed that all italian bisq-desktop translations were already compensated. They aren't, and $1108 worth of strings tranlsated are left to be compensated. $803.67 to Riccardo, $224.14 to GreGab and 224 to 8uDD4T.
There's a huge backlog for Italian translations. I don't want to keep other languages stopped because of strings translated before new [budget ](https://github.com/orgs/bisq-network/teams/dao/discussions/9)system was running.
Italian budget is going to be lightly expanded for this cycle, but there's going to be work left to be paid for next ones. Compensation requests for tasks that can't be compensated in this cycle because of low budget should be requested at this cycle anyway, to better estimate next cycle budget requirements.

This is the new budget for Cycle 12:
