Bisq sends me mobile offer alerts for all currency types, ignoring the settings made under Account/Notifications

### Steps to reproduce

Set up a mobile offer alert under Account/Notifications for a specific payment account (in my case I made 4 offer alerts for XMR/BTC)
### Expected behaviour

Bisq should only send me new mobile push notifications for XMR/BTC trades, matching my offer alert payment account settings.
### Actual behaviour

I get notifications for other payment account types, like BSQ/BTC.
