### Description

<!-- brief description of the bug -->
In the Bisq app on Market/Offer Book tab, the graph showing the current offers needs higher precision x-axis value to be able to distinguish the difference in price between various offers.
#### Version

<!-- commit id or version number -->
1.3.4
### Steps to reproduce

<!--if you can reliably reproduce the bug, list the steps here -->
For currentcy combinations like XMR/BTC, the range of x-axis values at time of writing are 0.006, 0.006, 0.006, 0.006, 0.006, 0.006, 0.006, 0.007. These values are largely useless for reading the graph, and needs to be at least one more decimal place higher in precision to be able to read the offer prices.
### Expected behaviour

<!--description of the expected behavior -->
The x-axis has higher precision values, making it easy to determine the price of various offers on the graph at a glance.
### Actual behaviour

<!-- explain what happened instead of the expected behaviour -->
The user has no idea what the actual prices are, only that there is some difference, and has to use the mouse to the read the value from a pop-up dialog box.

#### Device or machine

<!-- device/machine used, operating system -->
