ETH volume booster bounty https://github.com/bisq-network/growth/issues/177 1000 BSQ

LTC volume booster bounty https://github.com/bisq-network/growth/issues/178 500 BSQ

This bounty proposal was for three months. I started on February and it had to end April. Volume has improved but it's still not huge (from 6.93 to 8.817 BTC traded in ETH, and from 2.4 to 3.4 in LTC), while number of orders has increased significantly (from 30 to 104 in ETH). I intend to keep orders online after this bounty as I've been doing after end of April, so we should not expect a sudden drop in orders or volume, which is something other bounties failed to achieve.
