[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 13 (#558)

Reading through the github history, it seems like you have put in a solid effort as a market maker in an effort to generate trading volume.   It's good to see such involvement with Bisq and I hope that the spread you were charging allowed you to make some profit, though I know that price swings and hedging costs can really eat into what are already thin margins.

Correct me if I'm wrong, @flix, but I thought there was a key hurdle in terms of results that needed to be achieved for the DAO to pay this bounty.

Unless I'm mistaken, the volume has come up short of the minimum requirement, so I would not be voting to approve this compensation for this period of time.
