I have mediated  **471**  cases since the start of this role. 
16 cases from the old mediation.
83 cases in November
62 on December
69 on January
61 on February
142 on March 
38  on April so far

Cycle 11- (28 February - 26 March)
Cycle 12- (26 March - 28th April)



**Support Agent**

I have been available on Keybase **everyday** dealing with any issues concerning the mediation tickets I've been assigned to or questions of any kind.
Have opened discussions about some bugs bisq was experiencing.

I have been in contact with devs, informing them of any bugs that were occurring or suggestions I had to solve the problems that bisq was facing. 
Have made 2 manual payouts.

Completed the Batch reimbursement 366 https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues/366#issuecomment-625274968

Work goes on daily,
edited the first drafts after Chris suggested some changes on the Bisq.wiki for the following:
