[bisq-network/roles] Transifex Admin (#20)

Only Spanish and German has been taken up to date. Japanese translation is stalled, but it might be good to save this to have funds to translate website frontpage to multiple languages.
Italian and Czech desktop translations have not been uploaded to the app. It's postponed to next Cycle, as ripcurlx has now something much better to do :-)
