[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 13 (#561)

@MwithM, why did you charge only 325 USD for the support role? https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/200 stipulates that L1 support agents should be paid out at 500 USD / month. It is of course fine if you request less than this, I just want to make sure we're all on the same page.

Aside from that, my admin [team lead review](https://bisq.wiki/Compensation#Team_Lead) is complete and I approve this request. I'll leave it to the other leads to do their reviews.
