## Cycle 13 report

My main efforts on the admin side this cycle involved:
- backfilling the Donation Address Owner and Arbitrator (Refund Agent) roles (ongoing)
- Coordinating repayment of victims of the April security incident in bisq-network/projects#31
- Helping kick off Bisq security team efforts in bisq-network/admin#75 and bisq-network/projects#33
- Bootstrapping an effort to automate compensation request parsing in bisq-network/projects#32
