[bisq-network/roles] BTC donation address owner (#80)

That was funds from the default donation address. Unconfirmed txs would cause troubles with trades, as last week it took 6 days to get 2 trades deposit tx confirmed. If it would have took another week the tx would have been probably removed from the mempool causing more troubles with the trade. But was probably not the right time to move those funds with currently high fees ;-(....
