[bisq-network/support] Reimbursement for trade u3rv0j (#512)

This is related to the Matomo installation of Bisq which seems to trigger this warning.
@wiz checked the server and didn't find anything obvious.
I also checked the url with [virustotal](https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/0a429c3ae8d097295f952e235a0960940f3c47ac7f015b9f1171a7617ad1f1c3/detection) and it didn't find any issue. Seems to be a false positive by Malwarebytes.
