[bisq-network/bisq] What new payment methods would you like added to Bisq? (#4757)

I guess most gift cards need offers with fixed fiat prices. You have to send a gift card for 50USD, not 45.53USD or 51.53USD depending on price fluctuation.

I'd like to see Colombian payment methods that have been on the waiting queue for a little bit ot time, like [Nequi](https://github.com/bisq-network/growth/issues/193).
