I don't mean to edit the video, just to make video with the diff. box. Btw the same can be done from the senders side. The delivery service would be kind of the trusted third party, so to make it safe you would need to make a un-cut video from he sender where he packs the box and hand it over to the delivery company and get the tracking ID -all that in one video without cut and then the same for the receiver: video starts when he receives the box, verifies the tracking nr. opens all and counts all. 
I doubt that the filming of this whole process would be done properly by anyone. Also the delivery company or service man might not agree to be on video.
