I think we need to make it clear that sender has to pay the fees on his side. Otherwise it gets more complicated. Receiver banks also take fees but not from amount but as separate fees (at least my bank do that). With shared fees you never see the expected amount and you dont know how much was really sent as fees are intransparent (what else to expect from banks).
