Can you make a suggestion for a text for the rules in a popup we need to display the traders? It should make it clear that as there is no way to find clear evidence for mediators / arbitrators traders have to accept that there might be no resolution in dispute and no reimbursement. We can keep the option open but we should make very clear the different situation compared to other payment methods where usually a tamperproof evidence is at least in theory possible (PageSigner) and in most cases a practical sufficiently working way to proof exist (e.g. show video of mobile app or banking webpage to provide evidence to support agent).

I think the discussed options for providing "evidence" should not be used as they are just "snake oil" as there are too many ways to scam those. It would just create a wrong impression for security where the more sophisticated scammer will find more naive victims.

We also should not get tricked by the fact that there are very few real disputes in Bisq. That is a result that we are very restrictive with payment methods and have the option to get tamper proof evidence. If that is not in place scammers might find Bisq more attractive and we saw it with Venmo and CashApp that they quickly came then when they see an opportunity.
