How about this?  Mock up of [phase 1](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/280#issuecomment-727554703) per @cd2357 :

>    Simple indication in UI that this helps fund Bisq development and maintanenance (no further links or details)

Default setting at 2x the minimum trade fee:
