You are probably right... but for **high risk,** low cost, **instant** payment systems like Paypal, Venmo, Wechat, CashApp, Revolut this might be a the only viable option long term. Once APIs are enabled it a bunch of Bisq $10 transactions will be indistinguishable from other (much more common) similar payments.

Relying on central parties is almost inevitable for the fiat side... but if you can choose between many of them you can find the chinks in the armour.
