So you mean when a offer is taken both traders publish a message with the hash of payment account data of both traders and when they complete the trade they publish another message with the same hash which signals the trade is completed.
But then everyone knows when a certain pair has traded. Also without some blinding elemente one who knows the payment account data of boths traders (because one has traded with both in the past) he could create those hashes and see who is trading.
