[bisq-network/bisq] Missing BSQ in BSQ Wallet (#4868)

### Description

I purchased BSQ using BTC. The transaction shows up  in the mempool. However, the balance is not reflected in my BSQ wallet.
I have tried resync multiple times. I have also tried restoring from wallet keys and syncing.
The BSQ address I used for the transaction was: B1NaAaxQGMkzSzh47PfSpKGMGXNzYjsrzZF
The current BSQ wallet address is: B15oDCDtiEqihSLBArrmm7KfjWbZbFMXiQk

The amount I expected: 1,057.83 BSQ 

I have worked with support from Bisq.community as well as the mediator. They both seem to be out of ideas and have directed me to file this here.

### Expected behaviour

BSQ balance to be reflected in the wallet!

### Actual behaviour

BSQ balance from the transaction does not show up in the wallet.
