[bisq-network/support] Develop efforts towards conventions and standards (#5)

Hi @bisq-network/support 
I'd like to continue to actively push forward the efforts of unification in messaging and methods across Support and Mediation as best as we can.

I've had [a new template for bug report](https://github.com/bisq-network/support/pull/558) merged by @cbeams and have currently an open pull to [update support case the issue template](https://github.com/bisq-network/support/pull/561) started by @Bisq-knight 
@chimp1984 created an issue for a [knowledge base for support](https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues/566) where he dumped a bunch of stuff about known issues. 

This week I'll move on to work on adding the the the library of all known issues and their solutions to bisq.wiki. Which I think is the best place to have this info.
