I think there is an objective measurement for value and that is the trade statistics. An offer which is never taken has no value. Bisq is for trading not a wishlist to santa claus that I want to buy 1 BTC for 5000 USD. Specially if that wishlist has to be propagated by each node and causes costs paid by the network and not by the trader who paid a very low fee in case of a small trade amout, which is not in balance with the created costs for the network.
