Sorry for joining this discussion so late, but I have a doubt:

Why is only fiat mentioned? Isn't it indifferent?

As buyer for an instant alt trade if seller clicks "payment received" 3 days late I'm being aggravated.
That's what should be prevented, and I'm not sure if the changes after this PR are looking for it.
