[bisq-network/support] Reimbursement for trade u3rv0j (#512)

Since the funds have not been sent to Bisq (yet), this is not currently an acceptable reimbursement request, since there is nothing to reimburse you from.

However, if you can prove to everyone that a bug in Bisq caused you to lose funds, the DAO stakeholders might vote to reimburse your loss. Work with your mediator on this.
