[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 18 (#703)

Although word count is 3385x0.07=237 USD for website translation, [budget](https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/20#issuecomment-704895185) was 150USD because many strings were already translated and just needed to use the suggested translation. 150USD is a rough estimate, knowing what's the exact amount is not easy as I don't know any filter for it. Also, even using the suggested translation takes time reviewing that there's no changes on the lost translation.

Bisq-desktop is fine, I also reviewed the translations, they could be better, I'll let you know frequent mistakes on Keybase. Why do you ask for 200 USD if the total is 150+43.75 = 193.75 USD?

Considering that you will edit this compensation request to ask for 193.75 USD, and if @m52go agrees, you can submit this compensation request to DAO and publish TXID.
