[bisq-network/growth] Create growth kit (#204)

We need to make it as easy as possible for people to evangelize Bisq without needing hand-holding.

For example: every so often, someone wants to help start a new market or push along an existing one, and they want to make a talk or webinar, so they ask for an example deck they can use as a starting point. This is something not hard to create that should be easily available.

Perhaps market-specific start kits could be created so that a prospective evangelist can see, at a glance:
- top payment methods
- existing volume/offers
- available market-specific resources (e.g. if in CAD, is there a video on how to use Bisq to trade CAD), account signing docs, etc. to easily and quickly 

So that they can quickly pull together a presentation for a meetup (or even just a 1-on-1 huddle with a friend/family showing them the basics of Bisq and how to use it).
