Yes I would go for:

Requires signing
Same limits as SEPA

I would be happy to put on multiple TW-TW Payments to get signed.

Happy to prove to mediators / arbitrators who ever is required that I have:

Been though mediation / arbitration multiple times with the trades always been settles amicably or in my favor. 

I can also vouch for @viperperidot to be signed initially also as he sent me the money back I sent him, and is, therefore, a trusted Bisqer 👍
