Yes USD users should still be able to trade in any market by opening up a Multi-currency account in another fiat, but I haven't looked into the USD restrictions much. Then they can still withdraw the funds to their USD bank account outside of TransferWise by converting and withdrawing. I don't suspect anyone will be using TransferWise to hold any funds long-term. But yes it would be good to investigate this and confirm.
