Here is a tool to aid testing with the API service: 


    ~~~ Python 3 proxy server for onion monero explorer API ~~~
    pointing Bisq to the proxy instead of the real API:
     - it can modify results from the API to suit testing needs
     - it can introduce delays in the response
     - multiple instances can be run to simulate multiple services
