The PR is now ready for review and testing. Will continue dev testing tomorrow...

@ripcurlx Is there a way to make codacy more flexible. E.g. support ignore annotation or the like. Too often the required changes are kind of stupid. Like adding a break at the default clause in a switch. Or how it enforces exception handling.
If you can deactivate it per user please kick it out for me. I use IntelliJ code static analysis which works pretty well.
