[bisq-network/bisq] Add note to SetXmrTxKeyWindow (#4497)

This PR adds a small note on the SetXmrTxKeyWindow about auto-confirm, and it makes clear that the inputs for tx info are optional.

Context:

There is currently no context for the tx id and tx key inputs - they don't appear to be optional, and there's no indication that they are for the auto-confirm feature. 

For most XMR traders, this pop-up will be the first time they encounter auto-confirm, but they won't know it.
