[bisq-network/bisq] Add Tether (ERC20, Omni and Liquid) (#4457)

As per my last comment in PR #4434 for Tether USD, **any new assets now need to implement their own price feeds**. This PR should not have been merged without implementing a price feed to go with it, and now ops team has to scramble at the last minute to implement a pricefeed for USDT... in the future @bisq-network/bisq-maintainers please do not merge PRs for new assets unless they implement their own price feed in the pricenode code, and please also coordinate with the @bisq-network/pricenode-operators so they can upgrade and support the new feed before release time 😅
