[bisq-network/bisq] Upgrade JavaFX to v14 (#4242)

@leshik @coinzdude : thank you both for your tests and reports.

I have just fixed those failing unit tests.

Building and running this PR works well for me now **using OpenJDK 11**:

```
./gradlew build
./bisq-desktop
```

Can you please check if it also works for you, and / or if you face any issues with building or running it?
