[bisq-network/bisq] Statsnode entry point logs wayyy too much data (#4537)

I think it's related to the initial DAO sync. If you just run `./bisq-statsnode` entrypoint I would guess it reproduces. Logs look like this screenshot, all hex data, I think they are serialized Bitcoin transactions or maybe even the raw blocks themselves
