[bisq-network/bisq] BsqWalletService, BtcWalletService, WalletService use of bitcoinj wallet listeners (#4545)

The catch-wall WalletEventListener was replaced by more granular listeners in bitcoinj 0.15.
Then, BsqWalletService, BtcWalletService, WalletService have now more lines of codes to do the same thing it was done before with fewer lines of code.
There is a near-catch-all WalletChangeEventListener that is being used along the other listeners, but for several cases just WalletChangeEventListener maight be enough.

This is a refactor/code improvement issue, no bug was found.
