[bisq-network/bisq] Add info if peer has enabled XMR auto-confirmation (#4569)

I'm also for the first option. It will also help us to evaluate the usage of this new feature to see if it is actually used. @wiz @devinbileck @Emzy Do we have any data from the XMR infrastructure how often it was accessed already?
