[bisq-network/bitcoinj] PeerAddress.hostname: fix probuf serialization (4b5f20f)

ip is null if... proto.getIpAddress().toByteArray().length ==0
UnreadableWalletException can only be thrown if the wallet file is corrupted. Setting it to null and keep parsing the wallet file would probably lead to an exception later on and the real cause would be hard to find.
