[bisq-network/growth] Fix issue with lack of signed accounts for Moneybeam, Uphold and PopMoney (#212)

Thanks @sqrrm for implementing a solution to this. 

Uphold and MoneyBeam have been sorted and there are now multiple signed accounts.

PopMoney still needs to be actioned. If there is anyone wanting to use PopMoney pease get in touch with my via Keybase user: pazza
