[bisq-network/bisq] Monero to fiat trades using BTC as the multi-sig (#5285)

Hi @geonic1 thanks for the comment, it would be great to use XMR as the collateral however this would require major changes to the trade protocol and eat up dev resources. The idea would be to see if their is a market for fiat <-> XMR before taking on such a large commitment.
