[bisq-network/compensation] For Cycle 23 (#816)

Personally, I agree with @MwithM . As of right now, I believe we all do extra hours that are not accounted for. Almost triple what all other support agents are asking for is too much. In the future when Bisq reaches a higher volume I would consider this to be more adequate. I would like to hear from other support team members and have an open discussion.
