[bisq-network/bisq] New user account model (#5339)

I would be interested to know what the end use of the BTC is users are buying on Bisq. I would assume it is for investment? If that was the case a 3 week period for unsigned account might not be too bad. If they are looking to access the funds to exchange for something else, or pay for something the 3 week period would likely be a stumbling block.
