Even if it is for long-term holding, a 3-week holding period is psychologically tough...it's natural to want delivery of an item ASAP after purchasing it.

With that said, there is precedent...River (for example) imposes a [6-20 day holding period](https://river.com/support/knowledge-base/articles/buy-order-withdraw-time) for this exact purpose.
