[bisq-network/bisq] Investigations for a new trade protocol (#5430)

My hopes are still pinned on:

**Reduce trade protocol to 1 single transaction**
_It seems the most feasible approach but does only win us some time and even 1 tx might be too much mid-term._

With Schorr/Taproot bringing down fee's more mid-term, and hopefully further improvement to LN long term.
