I think we should drop the BUY/SELL terminology and use ASK/BID instead. BUY/SELL works if there is one side considered as money and one side as commodity (Buy BTC with EUR, buy ETH with BTC).  But if we allow anything to anything that is lost. E.g. EUR <-> USD,  ETH <-> XMR.
So to make it more clear from the user perspective I think its better to use:
I HAVE EUR and WANT USD or I BID EUR and ASK for USD.
It matches also more the standard trade terms.

Also I think the both asset amounts should be the primary data not one asset amount + price. The price is a result of both amounts.
