Actually adding a chat room might be useful. So newbies quickly can find help. Of course there is risk for abuse but there will be ways to mitigate that....
The further we go that route to let users freely interact the more we enter the challenges of any social media platform ;-).
Though we have some benefits over their options as we have conneced trust related data (account age witness) and financial aspects (bonds,...). Also the P2P network will come with some protection mechanisms (pow)....
