[bisq-network/bisq] After downloading and installing the Mac version, starting it fails with "Bisq can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information" (#5445)

This will be fixed with the upcoming release v1.6.3 which might be pre-released tomorrow or Friday and publicly released early next week. This error is because of the missing notarization of the binary.
