fifth cycle for me!

Unfortunately I missed the last one.

Main changes are that I succesfully passed my internship as L1 Support Agent and this is my first cycle as a full agent.

## Contributions in progress

I am helping @pazza83 for new payment method implementation and upgrade. Unfortunately I do not have much time to dedicate to that right now, but I hope I will be resume this work asap.
