[bisq-network/bisq] Error while Making offers (#5650)

Pazza consulted devs and they said to restore my BTC wallet from seed.  This worked!  So you're correct, thanks for looking into it.

I was trying to preserve my BSQ funds but use a fresh BTC wallet in Bisq, but evidently that's not possible because your BSQ is tied to a specific BTC wallet.  So when I restored the old BTC wallet, my BSQ began to work correctly again.
