## Cycle 27 Report

This is my second cycle as a mediator and all is going well.

In total I have 42 new cases since my last report.

5 of which are currently still in progress.

This month I helped facilitate 2 manual payouts to users.

I have been supporting users both in the Bisq app and also making myself available to users via Keybase. 

Only 4 bugs this cycle most of them were related to buyer not being able to confirm payment sent, or seller not being able to confirm payment received.

I have been able to log on a few times a day to keep on top of tickets.
