Compensation requests have a specific format that enables them to be evaluated by a bot for more efficient budgeting. Please make sure you stick to the template. A linter will evaluate your request after you remove [WIP] from the issue title and notify you of any issues.

See the following link for details:

Feel free to browse other requests if you're not sure about something, or reach out in #compensation on Keybase (https://keybase.io/team/bisq).

## Summary

- **BSQ requested**: **`[2,520.3]`**
- USD requested: [3100]
- BSQ rate: [1.23 USD/BSQ] USD per BSQ as per #886
- Previous compensation request: #878 (tx id not submitted in time so requesting both Cycle 26 and 27 together in this compensation request)

## Contributions delivered for Cycle 27

> _Add contributions you have [delivered](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/19) and roles you have performed here as new rows in the table below. Role line-items should include an asterisk (*) in the team column._

 Title | Team | USD | Link | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Mediator | *Support | 1000 | https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/83#issuecomment-901291446 | Everything went well this cycle. 42 new mediation tickets were created. Also completed my first couple of manual payouts. |
Support Agent | *Support | 500 | https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/64#issuecomment-901208369 | This has been my busiest support cycle to date. I think I have been around Keybase a little more and also getting lots more requests from users I am involved in mediation with. Everything is going well with no major issues. Saw an uptick this month in users reporting locked funds shown in the GUI that did not actually exist |
Proposals Maintainer | *Admin | 50 | https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/30#issuecomment-901304110 | Quiet cycle for proposals this month. I have emptied out the proposals repository |

I am again not claiming anything this month for the Payment Maintainer role. I have been keeping on top of questions about payment methods in Reddit, Keybase and Bisq Community Forum but have not been able to get any new payment methods added other than Capitual that was added in v1.7.2.

@BtcContributor who recently added Capitual has informed me they will likely not be able to add any more payment accounts at present due to outside work commitments. Also @wallclockbuilder who is working on SWIFT has informed me they have other work to complete first before they can get to add SWIFT. If any devs are available for working on adding some payment methods please let me know. There are 23 on the list to be added so a good bit of work :)

I am going to focus more next cycle on getting back on track with the payment maintainer role.

This cycle I also completed a [Profit and loss report for July/Cycle 26](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/discussions/5171#discussioncomment-1146914) Hopefully this will be of use to contributors and other members of the Bisq community. I think it is important these numbers are measured on a monthly basis to give a quick snapshot of where Bisq is in terms of its profitability.

## Contributions delivered for Cycle 26

> _Add contributions you have [delivered](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/19) and roles you have performed here as new rows in the table below. Role line-items should include an asterisk (*) in the team column._

This is a copy of the work done for the previous cycle that was not claimed due to me missing the deadline to submit my tx id.

 Title | Team | USD | Link | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Mediator | *Support | 1000 | https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/83#issuecomment-882134662 | This was my first cycle as Mediator. All is going well and I am enjoying this role. I was able to close most cases this cycle with 3 cases remaining outstanding |
Support Agent | *Support | 500 | https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/64#issuecomment-882157310 | I have been helping users on Keybase, Reddit and Bisq Forum this month during my usual hours and other times I have been available |
Proposals Maintainer | *Admin | 50 | https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/30#issuecomment-882154232 | No new proposals were opened this month. I closed 3, and 6 proposals remain. If anyone has the opportunity to comment on them that would be great |

## Future potential work in progress

If the community would finds a monthly [Profit and loss report for July/Cycle 26](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/discussions/5171#discussioncomment-1146914) useful I will make a proposal for a role to complete this on a monthly basis.
