[bisq-network/growth] Add to Guatemalan GTQ to Moneygram currency list (Issue #258)

I have successfully completed a Bitcoin trade using Quetzal --> USD via Moneygram. The trader involved lives in Guatemala and downloaded Bisq, but realized there was not much support for GTQ. He found the "#buy-bitcoin" channel on Bisq and we successfully completed a trade with Moneygram. Moneygram is already an existing payment method on Bisq with dozens of currencies, so adding one more to that list I think is minimal effort, and potentially low-hanging fruit if the Quetzal market can get jumpstarted.

### Why

LatAm is understood as a huge portion of potential Bitcoin volume for Bisq. The more support for LatAm, the better for Bisq imo. The trading peer also mentioned some of his local peers, and telegram groups of bitcoiners that are already trading with each other.
